This meditation will help you ease your anxiety. Allowing you to calm, relax and recenter yourself.

Let’s begin by getting into a comfortable position, you choose whatever works best for you. Allow your body to sink into your space, letting any tension fall away.

Let your muscles relax, letting go of all the tension your body is holding on to. Feel yourself melt into the space that is holding you.

Feel the anxiety leave your body as your body relaxes.

Turn your attention to your breath. Allowing your breath to relax you even further.

Start by taking a deep breath in

And exhale, releasing all the stress that you are holding.

Take a deep breath in, feeling it’s energy flow through your body.

and exhale out any anxiety that was stuck in your body.

Take one more deep breath in

and exhale slowly. Letting all the stress be fully released.

Let your breathe return to it’s normal rhythm. Releasing any anxiety that you are not breathing right, or not calming yourself enough. Release all stress related to how this meditation is supposed to go.

Instead let the ease of your breath and the relaxation of your body, continue to calm and relax you.

As thoughts come in to your mind, imagine the thought turns into a balloon. Notice it’s color, size and what may be attached to it. Then let it float away from you, up into the sky.

Watch it until you can no longer see it. Allow yourself to return your mind to a calm and relaxed space when it is gone. Returning your attention to your breathe.

Continue doing this with every thought that comes your way.

Do not stress about how many thoughts you may or may not have. Simply acknowledge them, release them and let them float away.

Begin to bring your attention back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes. Open your eyes when you are ready. Noticing the colors and space that are around you.

Allow yourself to stay here until you are ready to move on. If you need to enjoy this calm, please do so.
