In this guided meditation we begin by using a relaxing body scan to calm our system. Then we call to mind feelings we have right now. Asking them what they want us to know. Then releasing them. We end with some music and Reiki to allow us to feel compassion and understanding for ourselves.
Please do not meditate and drive. It is meant to be a time where you relax and allow yourself to disconnect!
