Meditation to access the wisdom of your body. We often hold emotions in our body when we can't process them. This meditation will help you uncover those emotions, allowing you to understand your feelings and then release the emotion.
We will first calm our minds. Then tap into any pain or sensations we feel in our bodies to then ask what information it wants us to know. What does it want you to do with the information it has given you. Finally allowing it to release and thanking it for the information.
