In this meditation we begin by balancing our chakras. Allowing each chakra to heal and bring in the energies it represents. Then we connect our root chakra to the earth to bring us more grounding and healing energy. Allowing you to go into your day relaxed, renewed and grounded.

In this grounding meditation, we are going to center our chakras and then connect to the earth so that we can feel grounded and stable.

Get yourself into a position that allows for your feet to connect to the floor.

Begin to relax and release any anxiety in your body. Do so by connecting to your breath.

With each inhale bring in calm nourishing energy. With each exhale release any anxiety you are holding on to.

Release any expectations of how your breath should be. Just allow it to flow.

Turn your attention to your crown chakra at the top of your head. Imagine universal white healing energy streaming down from the sky and filling your crown chakra. Feel the space releasing anxiety and opening to feeling connected.

Allow the energy to move to your third eye chakra, right between your eyes. Allow the healing energy to transform into a purple or dark blue color. Allow yourself to open to your intuition.

Allow the energy to move to your throat chakra. Allowing the healing energy to transform into a blue light. Feel yourself able to speak our own truth.

Allow the energy to move to your heart chakra. Allowing this healing energy to transform into a green light. Opening you to unconditional love, both for others and yourself.

Allow the energy to move to your Solar plexus located right above your navel. Allowing the healing energy to transform to a radiant yellow light. Feeling your inner strength center and grow.

Allow the healing energy to move to your Sacral chakra, Which is located right below your naval. Allowing the energy to transform into an orange light. Allow yourself to feel joy as the energy heals this chakra.

Now allow the energy to move to your Root chakra at the base of your spine. Allowing the healing energy to transform into a red light. Allow confidence and security to radiate through you!

Now imagine a cord, of whatever material you desire. Going from your root chakra to the center of the earth.

Imagine a large round core of earth in this space. This can be of any material that feels right to you. It may be dirt or granite or a crystal.

Now tie the cord from you to the core of the earth. Allowing you to be securely grounded.

Relax in this energy of balance and grounding.

Commit this feeling to memory so you can access it during your our day.

Slowly begin to bring your attention back to the present moment and the space that you are in.

Opening your eyes and beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes. Moving about when you are ready.
