Often times in life we feel called to do something, yet we continue to resist it. We keep getting signs and messages about the way we are supposed to go. But instead of following our soul’s intuitive direction, we ignore it. Thus creating a cycle of repeating lessons and experiences that make us feel stuck. But until we can learn to follow the guidance. And thus learn the soul lesson that we came here for we will continue to ignore it.

In this meditation you will explore why you may be resisting something that you continue to receive signs to do. And learn how you can move past this resistance.

Let's begin by getting in a comfortable position for you. Allow yourself to settle in and feel the relaxation starting to take over.

Start by bringing attention to your breath. Taking a deep breath in, noticing how it flows through your body.

Exhale releasing any blocks you found within your body.

Take a deep breath in, letting the breath flow easier throughout your body.

Exhale releasing any remaining blocks stuck your body.

Return your breath to a normal pattern, releasing the focus on it.

Imagine a great white light coming up from mother earth. Beginning to cleanse and clear the space that is around you.

Now imagine it forming a barrier around you like an eggshell.

Nothing bad can come in to this space, only good can come in.

Feel the positive energy that this protective shield brings you.

Relax in knowing that you can go deep into your meditation, knowing that you are protected.

Call in your spirit guides, angels or anyone who wants to help you on this journey.

What gentle nudges have you been ignoring, what whispers from the universe keep coming up and you keep pushing them away?

What do you feel like you are being called to do?

What problems keep coming up when you try to move forward with what you are being guided to do?

What from this problem is a pattern?

How can you start to move past these problems?

Now ask the guides who have been accompanying you on this meditation, is there anything else that you need to know?

Thank them for joining you on this journey.

And now take a moment, to just sit with all the information that you have gathered today.

Allow yourself to return your attention back to the space you are in.

Slowly opening your eyes when you are ready.

Noticing what is around you.

Beginning to stretch and move at your pace.

When you are ready, grab a journal and jot down some notes about what came up. You can return to these notes the next time that you find yourself resisting any guidance that you have been given.
